8/3/04 e.v. Sol in Leo, Moon in Pisces 10:50 PM to 11:30 PM From prior ritual came to the possibility that Anatala was a word of power to unleash the power of Menqal, the angel of the 10 of Swords. All of the other participants were unable to perform so I decided to proceed alone. I burned dittany of Crete incense on charcoal. I then performed all parts of the ritual and visualized the gods in their places. While opening by watchtower I opened earth before air. I sat in the triangle facing north with the machine on my lap with the 10 of Swords Tarot card on it. I also had a sword dedicated to Mars on my lap. I stared into the tarot card and began to vibrated 221 three times. 221 being the number of the left handed swastika on the Mars kamea, and the number of Menqal, the angel of the 10 of Swords. The machine tilted to the left and the tarot card flashed with lightening. The tarot card on the machine physically moved 3x from right to left, whether from the energy or my movements I don’t know, but it ended up dead center in the circle of the machine. Told “221” what I wanted as related to previous ritual. It said, “It will be to you as 657.” I then called Menqal by name. It appeared as a clear energy hovering above the card. I felt a presence behind me to the southwest but wouldn’t let it distract me. I reiterated my demand and asked Menqal if he had anything for me. Suddenly yellow and gold lilies grew all over the card. Then a gold and yellow sunset appeared on the top part of the card. The sunset faded and the bottom of the card darkened. The sun then faded and a spider appeared which then turned into a squid. Ending the ritual I used the sword to perform an LBRP and LBRH. Yes, reverse order. After writing the results down I realized I hadn’t uttered the word. Yet another error on what seemed an off night. At 12:25 AM on what was now 8/4/04 I reentered the temple. Stood in the triangle facing north in the position of Osiris risen and said, “Anatala,” then left. Soror Nephthys then entered the temple and said the energy was making her dizzy. Gematria: 657-Uthrodiel, the angel of the 3rd dec. of Scorpio. 18- the antique serpent 210- rising water, sword, Misnin the angel of the 1st dec. of Capricorn, Misnin the angel of the 1st dec. of Capricorn, Nephilim. Imagery: Lilies- under column 39 in 777 corresponds to 10’s (Malkuth) Unable to find correspondences in 777 I looked in Kenneth Grant’s book The Ninth Arch and accordingly Spider corresponds to OKBIsh-the Book of the Spider. Squid and spider are types of Cthulu. Squid and spider also relate to the power zones of Set. According to Kenneth Grant, ”In the major power zones are the nine beasts: beetle, hyaena, scorpion, dragon, squid, raven, crocodile, spider, bat.” |
